Rolleston Kids Triathlon
The Rolleston Kids Triathlon is designed to give primary school aged children an introductory experience to a multi-sport and triathlon event.
The event includes:
- Duathlon for 5 to 6 year olds (300m run, 2km cycle, and 300m run);
- Duathlon for 7 to 8 year olds (300m run, 2km cycle and 1km run);
- Triathlon for 7 to 8 year olds (25m swim, 2.5km cycle and 1km run);
- Duathlon for 9 to 10 year olds (300m run, 2km cycle and 1km run);
- Triathlon for 9 to 10 year olds (50m swim, 2.5km cycle and 1km run);
- Duathlon for 11 to 13 year olds (300m run, 2km cycle and 1.5km run); and
- Triathlon for 11 to 13 year olds (75m swim, 2.5km cycle and 1.5km run).
Date: Sunday 22nd March 2026.
Start Time: 9am for 5 to 6 year old event, 9.30am for 7 to 8 year old events, 9.40am for 9 to 10 year old events and 9.45am for 11 to 13 year old events. A briefing will be held 10-15 minutes before each event.
Location: Selwyn Aquatic Centre and Foster Park (Rolleston).
Cost: $40 plus booking fee per child.
