This FREE wellbeing walk is about making those with mental health concerns or who are neurodivergent visible.

Don't worry if you don't have a black dog, or a dog at all for that matter - as dogs are not a requirement. You might even find a participant walking an imaginary alternate reality dog as they join in the fun and connection.
