Hanmer Springs Adventure Run
Join this high country trail running event - starting and finishing in Hanmer Springs village. The course heads straight into rugged climbs, alpine trails, and forested ridge lines before returning to town with a medal and a story.
Four distances are available - the two longer distances including climbing Mt Isobel:
- 7km (10 years +):
- 15km (14 years +);
- 24km (16 years +); and
- 55km ultra-marathon (16 years +).
Date: Saturday 17th January 2026.
Start Time: 7.30am for the 55km event, 9.30am for the 24km event, 10.30am for the 15km event and 11.30am for the 7km event.
Location: Christchurch Adventure Park.
Cost: From $250 for the ultra-marathon, $100 for the 24 and 15km events, and $50 for the 7km event.
