Hear University of Otago Professor Martin de Bock discuss his research into using diabetes technology to improve the lives of people with diabetes. This has further expanded into translational research with an equity focus, including leading international consensus statements for the management of children with type 1 diabetes.
reflect on her research into sports and what the body is capable of. Her PhD was in fluid balance of Paralympic athletes where she got to work with Wheelchair rugby and basketball.
Professor de Bock is a paediatric endocrinologist in the Department of Paediatrics in Ōtautahi.
