For Kiwis who are blind or have low vision, a Guide Dog offers so much more than mobility, they bring confidence, freedom, and the chance to live life on their own terms.
Training a Guide Dog takes time, dedication, and expert care, and it costs approximately $175,000 to breed, raise, and maintain just one. With no government funding, Blind and Low Vision NZ relies entirely on the kindness and support of people like you to keep their program running.
