This workshop is intended as a basic introduction for anyone interested in leading Tai Chi classes. Ideally you should have some Tai Chi experience but previous teaching or exercise knowledge is not required.

Date: Saturday 30th August 2025.
Time: 1 to 5pm.
Location: The Cashmere Club (50 Colombo Street, Cashmere).
Cost: $55 for waged person, and $25 for unwaged person. $99 for two people from the same organisation.
